President's New Month Message

 Dear members of our esteemed Orisun Ibukun Multipurpose Cooperative Society, As we embark on a new month, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for all that we have accomplished together. Despite the many challenges we faced in the past months, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to each other and to our mission of uplifting our community through collective efforts. And for that, I am truly grateful. As we look forward to the month ahead, I am filled with hope and optimism. I believe that the coming days will bring us new opportunities and fresh possibilities. Let us approach this new chapter with renewed enthusiasm and dedication to our goals. I want to remind you all that our cooperative society is only as strong as its members. Each one of us has an important role to play, and I urge you to remain active and engaged in our activities. Unit's Documents Collection

 Find below the necessities for Union's documents presentation to unit. 1. Documents & Stationeries - #25,000 2. Members passbook per one - #750 3. Forms and leaflets - #30,000 In Summary, number of passbooks determine the actual amount. Least number of passbook is 20 which is #15,000. So, that may be #25,000 + #15,000 + #30,000 = *#70,000* And you're expected to pay at least #30,000 on the day of collection and spread the remaining for 4 months to be paying every month in Ile-iya egbe. Each member in a unit is expected to obtain a membership form of #1,000 and a members passbook of #1,000. In addition, you're expected to take proper care and welfare of the National Executive present at the occasion as the case may be.

Unit Executive Council

 The unit executive shall comprise of: A. Mandatory 1 . Chairperson (Chairman or Chairlady) Overseas the general affairs of the meeting  2 . General Secretary  In-charge of taking minutes (Iroyin Ìpàdé) 3 . Financial Secretary In-charge of financial record keeping (Akowe owo) 4 . Matron (Iya Egbe) Ceremonial function 5 . Whip (Olopa egbe) For maintaining discipline in the unit. B. Optional 1 . Patron (Baba egbe) Ceremonial function 2 . PRO (Alukoro) For timely dissemination of information 3 . Treasurer In-charge of unit's treasury. Functions of each members of the executive are clearly spelt out in the Society's policies and constitution.

Reminder on Chairmen's Meeting of 21st April

Dear Valued Chairmen of Orisun Ibukun Multipurpose Cooperative Society, I am writing to remind you about an important meeting that we have scheduled for the 21st of April from 2pm. As you know, this meeting is an essential part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that our cooperative society operates efficiently and effectively. Your presence is highly valued as we are excited to share with you the modus operandi of the society necessary for smooth running of your respective units. This meeting provides us all with a unique opportunity to come together, connect, and plan for a better, brighter future for our Cooperative Society at various unit level. We will discuss several crucial matters, and in particular, we will cover the aspect of tutoring to enable each Chairman to deliver well in his capacity.
