 Find below the necessities for Union's documents presentation to unit.

1. Documents & Stationeries - #25,000

2. Members passbook per one - #750

3. Forms and leaflets - #30,000


In Summary, number of passbooks determine the actual amount.

Least number of passbook is 20 which is #15,000.

So, that may be #25,000 + #15,000 + #30,000

= *#70,000*

And you're expected to pay at least #30,000 on the day of collection and spread the remaining for 4 months to be paying every month in Ile-iya egbe.

Each member in a unit is expected to obtain a membership form of #1,000 and a members passbook of #1,000.

In addition, you're expected to take proper care and welfare of the National Executive present at the occasion as the case may be.

May 2nd Union Meeting Schedule

Dear Cooperative Society Union members,  I am writing this reminder to remind you of our upcoming union (Ile-iya egbe) meeting, which is scheduled to take place on the 2nd May, 2024 at 10 in the morning . The meeting will be held at Modakeke Town Hall and all units are expected to attend. As you are all aware, our cooperative society union is committed to promoting the values of unity, cooperation, and mutual support among our members. These meetings provide us with an opportunity to come together, share our ideas and concerns, and work towards achieving our common goals. The agenda for this meeting includes a range of important matters. We will be discussing the progress made on various ongoing projects and initiatives, as well as new proposals that have been put forward by members. This is an opportunity for us to consider new ideas and come up with plans that will benefit our entire cooperative society.  Our financial stability is essential to the success of our cooperative society
