Adesiyan Unit New Freezer Celebration

May 2nd Union Meeting Schedule

Dear Cooperative Society Union members,

I am writing this reminder to remind you of our upcoming union (Ile-iya egbe) meeting, which is scheduled to take place on the 2nd May, 2024 at 10 in the morning. The meeting will be held at Modakeke Town Hall and all units are expected to attend.

As you are all aware, our cooperative society union is committed to promoting the values of unity, cooperation, and mutual support among our members. These meetings provide us with an opportunity to come together, share our ideas and concerns, and work towards achieving our common goals.

The agenda for this meeting includes a range of important matters. We will be discussing the progress made on various ongoing projects and initiatives, as well as new proposals that have been put forward by members. This is an opportunity for us to consider new ideas and come up with plans that will benefit our entire cooperative society.

Our financial stability is essential to the success of our cooperative society, and all members are encouraged to participate in this discussion.

We will also be discussing upcoming events and activities that the cooperative society union will be organizing. Members are invited to share their ideas and volunteer to help with these activities, which will help to build community spirit and strengthen our relationships with one another.

Finally, there will be an opportunity for members to bring up any other issues or concerns that they may have. This is an open forum where all members are welcome to speak out, ask questions, and express their opinions.

I urge all units to make every effort to attend this important union meeting. It is only through our collective efforts that we can achieve our goals and continue to build a strong, cooperative society for the benefit of all.

I look forward to seeing you all at the meeting.

Sincerely,

President
